St. Patrick’s Pub on the Train!
Celebrate beer lovers’ favorite holiday with some drinks aboard the St. Patrick’s Day Pub Train at Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad. This two hour round-trip excursion from Rockaway Beach is set to be powered by the 99-year old McCloud 25 steam locomotive! The decorated train will travel along Nehalem Bay and the Pacific Ocean to Wheeler with breathtaking views of the coastline and its beautiful estuaries at dusk along the way! Live traditional folk music, courtesy of Biddy on the Bench, will be playing throughout the train during our journey!
Guests who choose the option with drink tickets will receive two drink tickets each good for a standard pour of local craft beer from Pelican Brewing or locally made wine from Nehalem Bay Winery (can also be substituted for non-alcoholic options). Light food options will also be available for purchase along with drinks beyond the complementary two. Passengers who purchase the option without drink tickets will still be welcome to purchase drinks on board!
Seating Options:
Every passenger is guaranteed an indoor seat on this ride! An outdoor car may also be available for passengers to enjoy an unobstructed view of the coast (dependent on weather and availability of equipment.

Just The Train Ride
Are you not wanting two drinks? Or are you a designated driver? Perhaps you are someone who does not drink, but you want to enjoy a longer train ride experience with us. This is the ticket for you! It’s the same great train ride with no drink tickets included. Passengers who purchase this ticket may still purchase drinks on board separately! Passengers purchasing this ticket still must be age 21 or older.
